General Info
The following trainings are designed for beginners, with total distances ranging from 500 meters to 1.5 kilometers. They can be completed without any additional equipment and include plenty of useful advice. Resting is possible at all times.

There are four main strokes in swimming. Each stroke uses your arms, legs, and breathing in a different way.
